Aitana: Hello, l'm Aitana Jimรฉnez.
Yanira: Good Morning Mrs Jimรฉnez, I am Yanira Vรกzquez. Nice to meet you.
Aitana :Nice to meet you too. I have a meeting with the IT manager at nine o'clock.
Yanira: Yes, he will be here soon, give me your coat if you want to hang it.
Aitana: Yes okey, here you are, thanks.
Yanira: Come in and sit down, do you want something to drink, coffee, tea or water?
Aitana: A glass of water, please.
Yanira: Come on, the boss is here. Let's go up to the second floor.
Aitana : Okay, let's go.
Yanira: Here it is the head of IT. I leave you alone.
