Hello, this task is about a dialogue between two people, one person explaining to another how to use the photocopier. The audio of this dialog is linked in the title word.

Aitana-Hello, good morning Mrs Vázquez, can you help me to use the photocopier? 

Yanira- Sure of course what do you need?

Aitana- The photocopier doesn't work.

Yanira- Check if you have pressed the power button.

Aitana- I haven't given it because I can't find it.

Yanira- It's on the left side.

Aitana- Okey thanks!

Yanira- Do you need anything else?

Aitana- Yes, could you help me to photocopy a colour image.

Yanira- Right how there is no colour toner cartridge, the package will arrive at half past                 six.

Aitana- Okey, and in black and white can you make a photocopy?

Yanira- Yes of course.

Aitana- Okey thank you very much.

Yanira- Not at all, don´t forget to turn off the photocopier when you´re done.

Aitana-Okey, goodbye.

Yanira- Bye.
