This dialogue is about a customer who calls a company to claim some socks that he has bought and they have arrived with holes.


Yanira: Hi, good morning, Yanira speaking How can I help you?

Aitana: Hi, good, I'm calling to file a complaint.

Yanira: Okey, tell me your name and client number.

Aitana: My name is Aitana and my client number is 421.

Yanira: To verify if it is correct, her name is Aitana and her number is 421.

Aitana: Yes it's correct.

Yanira: What is the reason for your complaint?

Aitana: In the order I received for socks, there are some that have holes.

Yanira: I'll pass it on to the customer service department.

Aitana: Okay thanks.
